In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
The individual, non-transferable online gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration.

Malaysian domestic payment network systems used to facilitate real-time bank transfers on the Platform. FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and DuitNow are operated under the oversight of Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, content, software, designs, graphics, text, and other materials belonging to alay4d or its licensors.
To register and maintain an active account on alay4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
alay4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
4.1 Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) account on alay4d. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. alay4d reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. alay4d will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify alay4d's customer support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.5 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not permit any third party to access, use, or place bets through your account on behalf.
5.1 By using the Platform, you agree to access and use alay4d's services solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform's content, data, or services without prior written authorisation from alay4d is strictly prohibited.
5.2 alay4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the purposes set out in these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content on the Platform.
5.3 You acknowledge that all gambling activities onlay4d carry inherent financial risk. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any bet or game. By choosing to play, you accept full responsibility for all financial consequences arising from your gaming activity.
5.4 alay4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice, except where withdrawal restrictions may be affected, in which case reasonable advance notice will be provided where practicable.
5.5 You must not use the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. Responsibility for determining the legality of gambling activity in your jurisdiction rests solely with you.
6.1 Currency: All transactions on alay4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion is applied to member accounts.
6.2 Deposit Methods: Accepted deposit channels include FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, AmBank, and other participating institutions), DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is RM30.
6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method where technically feasible.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing: alay4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during high-traffic periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
6.5 Deposit Ownership: By depositing funds into your alay4d account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. alay4d will not process deposits or withdrawals to or from third-party accounts.
6.6 alay4d reserves the right to withold, delay, or void any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
For transactions processed through FPX and DuitNow, real-time fund movement is subject to the availability and operational status of Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) infrastructure. alay4d is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages beyond our control.
7.1 alay4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion.
7.3 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not utilised within their specified validity period will be automatically removed from the member's account without any obligation to compensate.
7.4 alay4d reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively increase the wagering requirements of a bonus already credited.
7.5 Abuse Prevention: Any Member found to be exploiting bonus structures — through multi-accounting, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any other method identified by alay4d as constituting bonus abuse — will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
7.6 VIP Programme: The alay4d loyalty programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP tiers. Tier assignment is based on cumulative qualifying deposit volumes. VIP benefits including birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 at VIP tier) and referal rewards (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are subject to separate programme terms.
8.1 All bets placed on alay4d are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections prior to confirmation. alay4d will not reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in clause 8.3.
8.2 Sports Betting: Betting markets on football (including EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), UFC, and other sporting events are governed by the specific betting rules published for each sport. Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and Match Winner markets are subject to settlement rules aligned with standard international sports betting conventions.
8.3 Obvious Error: In the event of a manifest pricing error, alay4d reserves the right to void bets placed at the eroneous odds. Members will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.
8.4 Casinoamp; Live Dealer Games: All slot, live dealer, and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final as displayed in the game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
8.5 Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection rules. alay4d is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on alay4d and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 alay4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months; or at alay4d's sole discretion in circumstances not explicitly enumerated herein.
10.2 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon verification of your identity, your account will be closed and any remaining withdrawable balance processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
10.3 In cases of account termination for cause (including fraud or Terms breach), alay4d reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation and, where applicable law permits, to forfeit balances to offset losses or penalties arising from the breach.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alay4d makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or technical defects.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alay4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; loss of data; unauthorised access to member accounts; or any other matter relating to these Terms, even if alay4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 alay4d's total aggregate liability to any Member, arising out of or in connection with any claim under these Terms, shall not exceed the total net deposit made by that Member to alay4d during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit alay4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which alay4d holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the licensing jurisdiction.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
